Help Me Choose is a Shopify app, and it is billed by Shopify. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — there are no separate payment details to set up, and nothing to cancel anywhere else.

What counts as a recommendation
One completed quiz. A shopper who opens the quiz and abandons it partway is not charged for, and neither is a page view. You are billed for the moment a shopper reaches the end and gets matched to products — which is also the only moment the app has done anything worth paying for.
On the Max plan, billing starts from the first recommendation of each cycle rather than after an included bundle.

Billed by Shopify
You pay Shopify, not us
- Charges appear on your normal Shopify invoice, in your store's currency
- You approve the plan on Shopify's own page before anything is charged
- Uninstalling the app ends the billing — there is no separate subscription to cancel
- Development stores on your Partner organisation are not charged
