- Brand-hosted product-quiz deployments powered by Help Me Choose A.I.
- The Help Me Choose A.I. Shopify app and any embedded app pages
- Our dashboards, data services, and any related digital products operated by Help Me Choose A.I.
By using these services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use our website, app, or tools.
Help Me Choose A.I. may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
1. Limitations of Use
By accessing or using our website, app, or services, you agree that you will not:
- modify, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our software or materials;
- remove copyright or proprietary notices;
- mirror our materials on any other server without permission;
- interfere with or disrupt our networks, systems, or service operations;
- upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, or obscene content;
- violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- use our services to send spam or unauthorised advertising;
- collect or harvest user data without proper consent;
- misuse our services in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or third-party rights.
For merchants:
Use of our Shopify app must comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service, API usage rules, and all data-protection laws relevant to your region.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in our website, platform, quizzes, algorithms, analytics tools, and related materials is owned by or licensed to Help Me Choose A.I. and protected by copyright and trademark law.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access materials for personal or internal business use. This is a license only, not a transfer of ownership. It terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, including product data, quiz configurations, text, images, and other materials.
To operate and display your content across our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to:
- use
- copy
- run
- distribute
- display
- modify
- translate
- create derivative works
This license is limited to purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy and your usage settings.
You may delete your content to revoke this license, except where it has already been incorporated into analytics, reporting, or commercial outputs.
Merchants installing the Shopify app confirm that they have rights to any data or media they upload or sync.
4. Liability
Our website, app, and materials are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Help Me Choose A.I. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Help Me Choose A.I. is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses, including:
- loss of profit
- loss of revenue
- loss of business
- loss of opportunity
- loss of data
- loss of goodwill
- reputational damage
This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not permit these limitations; where applicable, they apply only to the maximum extent allowed.
5. Accuracy of Materials
Materials, recommendations, and analytics provided through our services are for general information only. We do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or accuracy.
Product recommendations are generated algorithmically and may require merchant review before being used commercially.
6. Links
We may link to external sites or merchant websites. We do not control or endorse third-party content. Use of external links is at your own risk, and you should undertake your own checks before relying on such content.
7. Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, tools, or Shopify app if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
Merchants may uninstall the Shopify app at any time. Uninstalling ends access to the app but does not automatically delete stored data unless a deletion request is submitted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Severance
If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed. The remainder continues to be fully effective.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
